By accessing or using the Idelsa Cloud PMS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Idelsa Cloud PMS provides a cloud-based property management system designed to streamline operations for hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses. Our service includes features such as reservation management, guest communication, housekeeping, and reporting tools.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Our service is available on a subscription basis. Payment is due in advance and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Idelsa Cloud PMS service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Idelsa or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Idelsa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
